Residences & Houses for sale in Mykonos

The name Thalia, or Thaleia derives from the same stem as θάλλειν “to bloom”. Thalia was a rustic goddess, the Muse of comedy and idyllic poetry. In this context, her name means “flourishing,” because the praises in her songs flourish through time. Thalia was the daughter of Zeus and Mnemosyne, the eighth-born of the nine Muses. Her children by Apollo were the Corybantes. In art, Thalia was portrayed holding a comic mask, a shepherd’s staff, or a wreath of ivy.
The Thalia Residence Complex consists of three residences, two of which are almost identical and lie next to each other (around 170 sq. meters each, not including auxiliary storage rooms & Pool engine rooms) and a third one which has a larger surface (around 300 sq. meters also not including auxiliary storage rooms and Pool engine rooms). The plot which is situated on the beach roadl, has an exquisite view over Mykonos Town, Tourlos and Tinos island. All residences have approx. 1.500 sq. meters of terrain with individual swimming pools.
