We take our work seriously and act responsibly. This is why, all of our developing and completed projects hold clean constructing licenses in accordance with the Urban Planning Office’s Law 4178/2013 against illegal building and illicit structures. Finally, Mykonos Invest residences are excluded from VAT tax (not applicable) since all our construction permits were issued prior to 2003.
